Will Lam
William is the Director of Development for Summit Capital Venture Group. He Identifies, Underwrites, Entitles, Finances, Acquires, and Manages commercial real estate projects. William has been directly responsible for sourcing $145MM worth of development to date at Summit. This pipeline is comprised of Ground Up Multifamily Development and Value Add Multifamily Acquisitions. He is continuously digging up the next Summit Capital Venture Group deal in multiple markets ranging from Denver to Colorado Springs, and as far west as Salt Lake City, UT. William also is the project lead for Summit Capital Venture Group on the Patten Gray located at 370 W 12th project in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of Denver.
Prior to joining Summit, William enjoyed a career as a licensed structural engineer in Denver, Colorado working with Martin/Martin and other leading firms. He has a deep knowledge of design management, and he has designed a range of different project types including hotels, offices, convention centers, apartment complexes, retail commercial spaces, parking garages, and custom homes. William holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver, as well as a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado.
